When Max started living in Hans and Rosa Hubermans house, he had to be kept in the basement because of the Nazi’s. While he stayed in the basement he started writing a story about his life. He didn’t know how it was going to end but he started writing and it turned out to be a completely different story. Max first has to get paper to write his story on. He took paper from the Mein Komp book, and painted over them with white paint. Max wanted to keep the story from Liesel because he didn’t want her to get frightened with what he was drawing of writing about but Liesel ended up finding the book anyway, and just like Max thought she did get very scared. The picture she got more scared of was when Max was standing on top of a pile of dead people thinking about what a lovely day it was. ”frightend by what she saw, Liesel placed the book back down exactly where she found it, against Max’s leg.”(Zusak 281) Max thanked Liesel for putting the book back and when he talked Liesel got scared “Holy Christ” Liesel gasped “you scared me Max” (Zusak 281)
My like story is not really interesting but my biggest fear is driving because when I was 8 years old I and my mom got into a really bad accident and it was a scary experience. But the only way to get over my fear is by trying it and hoping for the best.

ReplyDeleteI really like the picture you found for this post! Good start on this one, just a few things to work on for your revision:
Make sure you use apostrophes when a word is a contraction or possessive. You do not need an apostrophe for plural words like Nazis.
Use proper capitalization for titles, proper nouns and the first word of every sentence.
Make sure to spell check each post.
Let's review proper punctuation at the end of quotes together in the lab.
grammar: "when I was 8 years old I and my mom"
sentence structure: "My like story is not really interesting but my biggest fear is driving because when I was 8 years old I and my mom got into a really bad accident and it was a scary experience. But the only way to get over my fear is by trying it and hoping for the best."
